Real Men Wear Floral Crowns

Yesterday was the Swedish Midsummer Festival in Battery Park.

It was awesome.  Hands down my most favorite day.  So many cuties in

 floral head gear and everyone just hanging out by the water drinking and eating.

It was the Swedish fix I have been yearning for!

Our floral crowns were hand made by my friend and florist Lindsay Herdell.

Midsummer Celebration Prep

I have quite a few Midsummer celebrations coming my way

and I am SO excited.  I mean it's my most perfect holiday.

You get to wear floral crowns, drink champagne and be a little gypsy 

hippie and run around in a field all day celebrating warm weather.

Can you think of anything better?  I mean seriously.

My first event will be this Friday! 

I will be making some fresh cut head wreaths for Teddy and I.

Now all I need is the perfect flowy dress that shows

just the right amount of tasteful side boob.

We celebrated Tiffany and Joe's wedding in Greenport, Long Island.

This little town was so gorgeous!  Brie and I took the Jitney up the morning of.

It was a beautiful day filled with love and gorgeous details.. and FOOD!

Soo much food and it was all amazing!  I was really blown away by all of

the thoughtful details of this wedding.  Bravo Tiff and Joe.. Bravo.

Everything was held at Brecknock Hall, a historic mansion in the town.

This wedding was by far the celebration of the year.  These two have been together

since longer than any of us can remember.. and best friends before that. 

They are true soulmates.
