This little place of whimsy is called Alto Cinco, located in Syracuse, NY. It may be a small space but the ambiance is absolutely amazing and the food is so good! Their Mexican cuisine is made with fresh ingredients and the drinks are strong and delicious. On top of all of that the staff is so friendly, which obviously makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable. If you ever make it into the area make sure to stop by this little gem.
